Home Dashboard
Home is the first page you see after signing in. It's designed to adapt to where you are in your collecting journey — the hero card, quick actions, and stats all change based on whether you have a machine, have scanned anything yet, and have organized those scans.
The hero card
The title and buttons change depending on your progress:
| Your situation | What you see |
|---|---|
| No scanning machine registered | "Let's build your collection" with a Register Machine button |
| Machine registered, no scans yet | "Your machine is online. Start your first scan..." with Start Scanning and Manage Machines |
| You have scans but haven't organized any cards | A note about cards waiting to be reviewed/organized, with Review Scans and Start New Scan |
| Active collector | A general welcome with View Collection and Start New Scan |
A ghost Visit Shop button in the hero always links to the Webshop. The very first time you land on Home after finishing onboarding, you'll see a one-time confetti celebration and a "Welcome" (rather than "Welcome back") greeting.
If you previously skipped onboarding, a banner reading "Pick up where you left off" appears with a Continue button back into the onboarding wizard.
If any of your scans need attention, an amber banner shows how many, with a Go to scans shortcut.
Stats grid
Four summary cards:
- Total Cards — how many cards you have organized into boxes (with hints like "N hidden in scans" or "N need review" when relevant)
- Total Scans — total scan sessions, with an average copies-per-scan hint
- Active Machines — how many registered devices you have
- Collection Value — currently shows "Coming soon"; estimated collection value isn't calculated yet
Last Added Cards
Shows up to six of your most recently added cards, with a View All link into your Collection. If you have scans that haven't been approved and organized yet, this section explains that clearly rather than just showing an empty grid, and offers a Go to Scans button.
Selecting any card here opens the same card detail view used throughout the app.
