Trader overview
Trader (/trader) is the seller workspace. Scanned copies in your boxes stay the inventory book. Trader prices them, marks where they are listed, and opens a pick list when a sale arrives.
You need a Store or Beta plan. Without it, Trader shows a locked explainer instead of stock.

Three jobs
| Job | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| List cards | /trader/list | Choose copies, set prices, then publish to CardTrader, your Community Shop, or a marketplace file |
| Take out an order | /trader/take-out | Match a sale to physical copies and walk your boxes to pull them |
| Shop holds | /trader/shop | Incoming Community Shop holds — see Community Shop |
Listing is not take-out. Pricing a card does not pull it from the box. Take-out starts only when a buyer pays or holds a copy.
Copy lifecycle
Every physical copy has one shop status:
- Ready to list (available) — in a box, not offered for sale
- Listed — priced. A channel badge says CardTrader, Community Shop, or marketplace file
- Reserved — committed to a CardTrader order, a shop hold, or a downloaded marketplace file
- Sold — pulled for an order and archived to Previously Owned
Cards stay in their boxes through listed and reserved. Only take-out moves them.
One live sales channel
A copy should not sell twice. Publishing to CardTrader or downloading a marketplace file takes it off the Community Shop. The Listed on filter on Listed / Reserved / Sold lets you see one channel at a time.
