Take-out

Take-out is the pick list. It is not listing. You start it when a sale or hold arrives, match lines to physical copies, then walk your boxes.

Where orders come from

You do not need to download a CardTrader order file if the seller token is connected. Each CardTrader take-out stores the buyer, ship-to address, packing number, and sale prices so you can Print packing slip. After you Mark as picked, a direct sale can be Mark shipped on CardTrader (optional tracking). Weekly CardTrader Zero hub packs still leave from CardTrader’s own site.

Upload a sale

On Trader → Take out (/trader/take-out):

  1. Choose File format (or Auto-detect).
  2. Choose a file or paste the CSV.
  3. Match against the TCG currently selected in the app.

Nothing new is created. The matcher only looks at copies you already own.

Lines that include a scanned-card id or box / section / position resolve to one exact copy. Everything else matches on card identity; you pick the copy when several could fill the line.

Pick list template downloads an empty sheet if you want to type a pull by hand.

Walk the boxes

The order detail shows each line, the matched copy, and its box location. Mark copies as you pull them. When the order is complete, those copies become Sold and move to Previously Owned.

You can cancel a draft take-out. Completing is the step that archives the copies.

After take-out

Sold copies stay visible on Trader → Sold as history. Start a new take-out when the next sale arrives — do not reuse a completed order.
